CANCEL-A-MORTGAGE(TM)
1. All Real Property and Claims connected to our consulting agreement are held in TRUST until the project is complete and our commissions paid.
2. Upon Completion and Payment of Our Commissions, all property is released from the TRUST to you or any beneficiaries of your choice.
3. We will NOT under any condition offer CREDIT for services that have been complete.
4. PAYMENT IN FULL is expected once we complete your project unless there is a WRITTEN AGREEMENT in place which is part of your project or Ticket.
