2.  Our Litigation Software will NOT be released until full payment has been made for the initial software license.

 

3.  FULL PAYMENT IS DUE, BEFORE OUR LITIGATION SOFTWARE IS RELEASED FOR USE.

 

4.  BANKRUPTCY SOFTWARE: As a courtesy to our clients, our Bankruptcy Software will be released even if you are behind on your payments, subject to our own discretion.

 

5.  Our software is offered "AS IS" without any Warranty what-so-ever;  The software we offer is for educational and entertainment purposes, and DO NOT constitute legal advise of any kind or nature.
