Dear Valued Clients,

This webpage will outline our  fee computation so that you may better understand your obligations under the agreement once we have completed you case(s).

This webpage does not replace the provisions of the consulting agreement, but is merely designed to provide you with a clear understanding of our computations since there may be various types of configurations in which a settlement may occur.

1. Consulting commission is 35% of all property including CASH recovered from settlement with the bank, mortgage company or other entity. The negoitated fee can be anywhere from 10% - 50% depending on the contract negoitiated with the consulant and the circumstances in your case.

2.  The Commission is Due upon receipt of the services.
