1. Our Contract Commissions are DUE IMMEDIATELY when our Service are complete, Unless Your property is held in trust, and a monthy agreement for payment of services have been established in writing.
2. Due to the nature of our business, we DO NOT offer CREDIT for COMMISSIONS related to our services.
3. You must either obtain a loan to pay us for our Commissions or services upon conpletion, or make other monthly financial arrangments in writing.
4. We DO NOT charge any interest on any commission owed for our work.
