Create a NEW CUSTOMER below by entering the requested information. Click SUBMIT when you

have completed entering the information.  A Ticket Number will be automatically created. Use the customer's email

address so that they can receive a copy of the Ticket Number and communication.  Assign the ticket to

your Agent Name below.
