Send the Creditor One More letter to CEASE and DESIST.  This letter will be used in the lawsuit as proof that you told them that you would sue them.

1.  CEASE AND DESIST ONE - FOR DEBT COLLECTORS

2. CEASE AND DESIST TWO - MORE SPECIFIC
