Let's face it, the American public has been defrauded.

The crux of this mortgage 'crisis' is that MERS was a scandal, and the TRUTH has been uncovered, and the cat's is now out of the bag.  Rememer CBS news exposing all of the scams?

This is massive fraud, they are stealing people's equity, solely based upon the fact that their victims don't understand how to fight it.  Most people don't know how to represent themselves in court either, nor can they afford a lawyer.

Your house is really yours. The word "Mortgage" derives from latin, which means "death", and  Mortgage literally means 'dead pledge'.  The title transfer is final.  It's yours at the closing.  That's why it's called a closing.  Liens are an interesting thing.  At last count, mortage liens in America are about 90% fraudulent. These liens can easily be deleted by a lawsuit for fraud, and/or lawsuit for declaratory judgment declaring the lien to be fraudulent, and erased from public record.

Your lien may be valid.  Even if it was, it can still be invalidated, because your lender is not really the holder in due course of th note to which the lien attaches. However, this has to be challenged in court with real litigation.

These are outright fraudulent liens, these people have no business with you or your property.  They flipped it around because THEY made money on it.  For shuffling papers around, for falsifying documents.

These Bank and Mortgage companies are taking homes through voluntary compliance, which means that you failed to provide a technical legal answer, and so they gain judgements based on technicalities rather than the law, and judges are LETTING IT HAPPEN....

But not all of them.  

There are people who are actually fighting back in court and WINNING!

IMPORTANT!!  BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN!!  THE REASON THEY WANT TO WORK IT OUT WITH YOU IS BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO STAND ON.  THEY WILL NOT HAVE A VALID CONTRACT UNTIL THEY GET YOU IN THERE TO SIGN IT.  THIS IS HOW THEY ARE SCREWING EVERYONE, BECAUSE THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!!!  IT'S THAT ICKY!!!
