Dear Valued Customer:

 

Welcome to our Policy Page.  These policies posted here are in full force and effect relative to our consulting and software agreements and are our standard polices applied to ALL accounts without exception. 

                                               

1. POLICY ON PAYMENTS AND STARTING PROJECTS

PAYMENT IS EXPECTED IN FULL BEFORE ANY WORK OR PROJECT BEGINS UNLESS THERE IS A WRITTEN AGREEMENT IN PLACE. IF YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT FULL PAYMENT ON OUR INVOICE WITHIN 3 DAYS, WE WILL CLOSE YOUR TICKET WITHOUT DELAY AND CANCEL THE PROJECT.

                                    2. NO WORK TO BE PERFORMED FOR PAST DUE BALANCES

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please be advised that CANCEL-A-MORTGAGE, or the Consultant,  will NOT perform any work if there is a past due balance.  If your account is older than 30 days without payment we will close the account, and close the Ticket.

YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR PAY-AS-YOU-GO SERIVICES PROVIDED ALL BALANCES HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL.

 

WE DO NOT OFFER NTINGENCY PROJECTS SINCE WE ARE NOT ATTORNEYS. In other words we cannot work for free or non payment until the end of the project. Unfortunately due to our large customer base, and  the nature of our work, we are unable to work on a contingency basis. You may be eligible to use our Pay-As-You-GO services.  The Pay-As-You-Go Portal is located at the following web address:

1. Policy on Monthly Payments & Invoices Due

 

Monthly  ContractPayments are due on the 1st of every month whether or not an invoice is sent.  All Invoices sent via our electronic system are DUE UPON RECEIPT.

2.  GRACE PERIOD

 

THERE IS A SEVEN (7) DAY GRACE PERIOD. for monthly payments.  We DO NOT charge any extra fees for Late Payment.

3.  DEFAULTt:  In the unlikely event of non-payment of default, we will automatically  CANCEL THE AGREEMENT AND CEASE ALL WORK BEING PERFORMED.  Our commission will  survive any defaults and we reserve the right to enforce any legal remedies under

 the agreement. THE CONSULTANT WILL IMMEDIATELY STOP ANY WORK IN PROGRESS

AND WILL CLOSE THE TICKET.

5. INITIAL SOFTWARE PAYMENTS - LITIGATION SOFTWARE

All payments for litigation software, such as, QUIET TITLE, OR ANY LITIGATION SOFTWARE IS DUE IN FULL PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF OUR SOFTWARE.

Please note that We will NOT release any litigation software until all FEES are licensing fees are paid.   ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE MADE ANY PARTIAL PAYMENTS TOWARDS YOUR CONSULTING AGREEMENT, THEN THIS PARTIAL PAYMENT WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO THE FULL RELEASE OF OUR LITIGATION SOFTWARE.
