ORDER OF PRIORITY OF SERVICE

Dear Value Clients,


Thank you very much for the opportunity to serve you and your family in difficult times of foreclosures and/or evictions.  Evictions are priority for us, and we do everything in our power to assist you from being homeless.


We receive many service calls and requests. In order to serve you better we use the following priority to service customers.  Below is how we prioritize our calls. Please note that if you have not paid, then you will be last priority, and risk your ticket being closed by the consultant.


These provisions have been placed into effect to protect the interest of those persons who do pay very month, or whose contracts are current, and thus are entitled to priority.


Thank you for your kind cooperation while these measures are in effect.



   1.  FIRST PRIORITY


         A. NEW CLIENTS (WHO HAVE MADE PAYMENT & INITATED NEW

           CONTRACTS) (EVICTIONS/FORECLOSURES)


       B.  CURRENT MONTHLY PAID CLIENTS WITH MONTHLY CONTRACTS


       C.  PAY AS YOU GO CUSTOMERS (FEES PAID IN ADVANCE)

            NOTE: YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE CURRENT TO USE THIS SERVICE.

  • 2. SECOND PRIORITY - LATE PAYING CLIENTS


         A.  CLIENTS WHO ARE OVER 10 DAYS LATE, BUT NOT LATER THAN 30

            DAYS.

       B.  SPECIAL CASES: CLIENTS THAT HAVE SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AND HAVE

             MADE WRITTEN ARRANGMENTS TO MAKE PAYMENTS WITH THE TICKET.

     


   3.  THIRD PRIORITY - (NON PAYING / SLOW PAY CLIENTS) (OVER 30 DAYS LATE)


CLIENTS WHO HAVE DEFAULTED ON THEIR PAYMENT OR OTHER NEEDED APPEARANCES REQURED TO WORK THE PROJECT.


NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT PAY AT ALL, THEN THE MATRIX SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER 60 DAYS.


                                      ACCOUNT OVER 60 DAYS DUE


IF YOU FAILED TO MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN 60 DAYS YOUR CASE WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECT FROM THE MATRIX AND YOUR TICKET WILL BE CLOSED.


NO FURTHER WORK WILL BE PERFORMED ON YOUR PROJECT AND IN MOST CASES THE TICKET WILL NOT BE REOPENED.


  4.  SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:


There are some special circumstances (eviction, ejections, etc) where priority is given to clients who may have fallen behind and need help now. However, that is the exception, and not the rule! Unless you have been classified as a SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, in writing, then you are required to maintain your agreement, in much the same manner the consultant(s) of our firm does their work.
